Here at Smart Office Solutions we have a transparent pricing system for everyone to see.  Hours are logged in 15 minute increments with a minimum of one hour.

 

For standard secretrial and personal assistance our hourly rate is $35 + GST.

 

For technical and specialist assistance our hourly rate is $65 + GST.

 

Clients on retainer basis will recieved 10% discount.

 

Express service ( completion within 24 hours) 20% surcharge.

 

All prices include all phone calls within Australia including mobile numbers and up to 5 printouts per hours.

 

Additional printouts: black and white 25c per page, colour print 35c per page.

 

Additional costs will be invoiced such as postage, envelopes, CDs and other disbursements.
